    2. identifying the unspoken playbook of expectations and assumptions that hold us all back at work, but disproportionately harm neurodiverse professionals
    3. the potential that neurodiverse professionals bring to the table and what work environments enable them to deliver
    4. opportunities and means for companies to tap into the unique value of a neurodiverse workforce.
    5. solutions based on existing research and patterns in qualitative data for bridging skill gaps and creating environments where neurodiverse talent can reach their potential.
    6. hopefully this project tees up future research on this cohort and on aspects of the workforce that are not neuroinclusive
